Cancellation Policy
We aim to offer flexible cancellation terms for our clients. If you need to cancel a booked childcare session, please do so in advance:
- If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, we charge 50% of the agreed price.
- If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the start time, or no notice is given, we charge 100% of the price.
This allows us to reorganise our schedule and offer childcare services to other families.
The cancellation fee does not apply to clients with regularly scheduled weekly childcare if the cancellation is due to a child's illness.
Payment Terms
Thank you for considering our childcare services. We want to ensure a smooth and fair experience for both you and us.
We invoice using a business ID (y-tunnus), and each nanny operates under their own business ID.
You may be eligible for the Finnish household tax deduction (kotitalousvähennys), which can reduce the overall cost of our service.
We charge in 30-minute increments. If you are late, the next half-hour will still be billed. Childcare ends when the nanny is able to leave, so please allow time for payment and any final discussion.
Payment must be made:
- during the session via MobilePay or cash, or
- via bank transfer within 48 hours
Minimum booking time:
- Helsinki: 2.5 hours
- Espoo & Vantaa: 3 hours
If a shorter duration is needed, the minimum time will still be charged.
We charge for all children present under the nanny's supervision, including other children under 13 in the home, even if they are not separately booked.
If the number of children changes during the session, billing is based on the pre-agreed maximum number.
On Sundays, public holidays, May Day and Independence Day, a 100% surcharge applies.
For companies, organisations and events, pricing is always determined case by case and may include additional charges such as travel time and expenses.
Booking Information
Please inform us at the time of booking if your child has any special needs, medical conditions or allergies.
We also ask you to inform us in advance if your child or any family member is or has recently been ill.
Please let us know if you have pets at home.
If the Nanny Becomes Ill
If a nanny becomes ill, we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to arrange a replacement.
Our goal is to ensure continuity, safety and reliable care in all situations.
Scope of Work
Our primary focus is childcare. We do not perform general cleaning tasks beyond tidying up mess created during childcare.
Additional light household tasks must be agreed in advance and are charged at +50% of the hourly rate unless otherwise agreed.
All additional tasks must not compromise the safety or supervision of the child.
One nanny can supervise a maximum of five children at a time. If more children require care, please inform us in advance.

We offer childcare Monday to Sunday, 24/7.
